Astronic Media’s SYNC division is a collaborative ecosystem — each team member plays a critical role in connecting music to motion. While we all contribute creatively, each role comes with core responsibilities that keep the workflow clear, the music sharp, and the opportunities flowing.

🎙️ Founder – Mickey

• Visionary and originator of Astronic Media

• Shapes the long-term creative and brand direction

• Supports high-level partnerships, strategy, and positioning

• Provides guidance and insight across departments

• Ensures the company culture remains artist-first and innovation-driven

🧭 CEO / Manager – Orfeas

• Oversees daily operations and team coordination

• Manages team growth, internal processes, and decision-making

• Leads business strategy, external communications, and client relationships

• Directs the SYNC team’s priorities, timelines, and deliverables

• Ensures all moving parts align with Astronic Media’s mission and vision

🔄 Operations Coordinator

• Manages internal workflows, tools, and timelines

• Oversees delivery of assets, metadata, and client-ready materials

• Coordinates communication between departments (music, creative, admin)

• Maintains system efficiency (e.g., tagging, archiving, project folders)

• Supports artist onboarding and documentation processes

🎛️ Director – Astronic Production Team

• Leads the in-house production team (composers, sound designers, etc.)

• Assigns and manages custom briefs and original score requests

• Maintains high creative standards across all internal music output

• Coordinates with curators and sync leads to meet creative needs

• Ensures timely delivery of mixes, stems, and alt versions

🎼 Music Department Manager

• Oversees all music submissions, catalogue curation, and artist relations

• Works closely with artists on onboarding, feedback, and tagging

• Manages track organization and ensures sync-readiness

• Supports metadata accuracy and systematization

• Bridges communication between the creative and operational teams
